The evening you’ll never forget begins at the Hyatt Regency Hotel with a stroll through the city. Your driver stops on Monument Circle (about 15 minutes into the ride) and asks if you would like to have a photo taken. Hand the driver your camera and when they say, “READY,” pop the question! Cancellation Policy
Contact us by phone at (317) 634-3400 to cancel or reschedule. We operate in all seasons, but reserve the right to cancel for extreme weather. Our carriages can be enclosed for inclement weather. Cancellation day of event must be before 3 p.m. – we will issue a gift card for your rescheduling use. Tours are booked back-to-back. If you are late for your reservation, our drivers will do their best to provide a good experience with the remainder of your time. No-shows are not refunded.
Routes are subject to change for special events, construction closures or weather.
