Cancellation Policy

Contact us by phone at (317) 634-3400 to cancel or reschedule. We operate in all seasons, but reserve the right to cancel for extreme weather. Our carriages can be enclosed for inclement weather. Cancellation day of event must be before 3pm – we will issue a gift card for your rescheduling use. Tours are booked back-to-back. If you are late for your reservation, our drivers will do their best to provide a good experience with the remainder of your time. No-shows are not refunded.
